Our company is actually a corporation. The core of our company is from ab connectia s.r.o. which has funded a daughter company in Slovakia called ab connectia Slovensko s.r.o. Specific activities are also carried out by trading members, partners and legal individuals, who are governed by our company to carry out certain projects. The company was initially funded in 2004 as a business resource agency, which has expanded into a consultancy and educational company, and a company building business networks during the collaboration with its clients.

Generally we can say that we increase our client's performance through collective and individual forms of development: training, lectures, workshops, coaching and mentoring. We can solve the three basic causes of a low business activity. We do and teach business.

Project Hunter/ Profimanager
The graph shows an annual project called HUNTER , which targeted the reinforcement of existing business networks of a building society nationwide.
The realisation of the project was in 2015. We created regional teams from selected manager groups, set the rules and directed the projects on two months basis programs in each region. The aim was to increase the member count of business managers in each managing group. Results shown in the graph were achieved in project which our company directed.


Skills or results? Or both?

The most frequent question our clients ask is? Whether consultancy or educational projects have a long term impact on the business. This is the reason why we carry the program such as Hunter or Profimanager in the regime of the VAKAV model. Our projects are managed by our consultant a certain way, so the attendees feel and understand the impact in their knowledge and also feel a real positively change in their performance. Our orientation to performance ensures our projects are practical. We therefore suggest to our clients to include the targeted teams and also to involve their superiors. The dual effect we accomplish is: development of the targeted group- concrete members, but also their superiors. This results in a positive dual impact of our project. Attendees will learn the given subject and their superiors gain further managerial skills of dealing with the subject in the practice. Attendees and their managers continue in the newly gained practice after accomplishing the program.

We use the VAKAV model in a manner of individual managerial consultations, where we evaluate the results of activity in order to establish the cause of flawed business practice, or in the recruitment. The program of the seminar will target and eliminate the issue. Attendees gain the knowledge which affects their performance the most. At the end of the seminar we plan future activities including the results we aim to achieve. Projects formed in this manner give us measurable results and the attendees gain the feeling of success which is important to their future motivation.
